Caloocan continued its come-from-behind playoffs drive with a victory over Muntinlupa on Tuesday in the OKbet-MPBL (Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League) 4th Season Presented by Xtreme at the Muntinlupa Sports Complex. The nine-man Laguna Krah Asia Heroes were eliminated by the GenSan Warriors thanks to Niko Elorde, Christopher Masiglang, Marlon Gomez, and Christian Fajarito. With this victory, the GenSan Warriors improved their record in the South division to 14-6.
At the end of the game, Elorde finished with 14, Masiglang with 12, Gomez with 11, and Fajarito with 19.
On Thursday, the Mountain Pacific Baseball League will have another tripleheader at the Orion Sports Complex. Laguna tangles with Marikina at 5 p.m., followed by the Zamboanga-Pampanga clash at 7 p.m. and the Bataan-Mindoro accident at nine o’clock in the evening.
